Nick the founder of Good Impacts and is directly involved in organizing and leading small, intentional trips designed to slow people down, deepen understanding, and build real relationships at origin. His approach prioritizes listening, context, and care over efficiency or scale. The work is grounded in a belief that proximity, when done responsibly, changes how decisions get made.
Jennifer Yeatts is Higher Grounds Director of Education & manages the HG Coffee Learning Lab.
She has worked in specialty coffee for over 20 years, starting as a barista and growing into roles involving marketing, communications, quality control, inventory management, training, and public relations.
Jennifer is an Authorized Specialty Coffee Association trainer and licensed Q Grader. She is also an extensive world traveler, writer, poet, and ruthless copy editor. (And way smarter than Nick.)
